1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, betting features, and other activities on the oktk platform. oktk is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in English for Bangladeshi users.

In this document, "platform" refers to the oktk website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "Member" refers to any registered individual who holds an active account on oktk.

These terms may be updated from time to time. A notice will be posted on the platform when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Membership and Account

2.1 Registration

When opening an account on oktk, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. The platform reserves the right to permanently close any account registered with false information.

• Each person may open only one account.
• The mobile number and email address provided during registration must be verified.
• Sharing account details with others or allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• The member is solely responsible for the security of their account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before a withdrawal, or for transactions above a certain amount, oktk may request completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This may require submission of a copy of your national identity card or passport. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC is not completed.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your password strong and change it regularly. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the oktk support team immediately. The platform will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a member sharing their password or login details with a third party.

3 Age Requirement

All services on oktk are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. No person under the age of 21 may register or use any service on this platform.

At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If it is later found that a member registered with a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all deposits and winnings in that account may be forfeited.

It is the responsibility of every adult member to take necessary steps to protect minors in their household. The use of parental control software on devices is recommended.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on oktk can currently be made using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Transaction Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• The name used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name on the account.
• For suspicious transactions, oktk may request additional information for verification.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it while it is being processed.

4.4 Legitimate Funds

Members must ensure that all funds deposited on the platform are from lawful sources. Use of funds from illegal sources may result in account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account only.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
• Real money cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirement is fulfilled — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering condition has been met.
• Certain games, including casino games and slots, may contribute at different rates towards bonus wagering.
• oktk reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus programme at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The oktk VIP programme has 5 tiers ranging from Bronze to Diamond. Weekly cashback rates are: Bronze members up to 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, Platinum 1.2%, and Diamond members up to 1.5%. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. For example, if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Once a bet placed on oktk is accepted by the system, it is considered final. oktk reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets must be placed before the event starts or within the specified time window. For live betting, the rules set for the duration of the event will apply. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket tournament betting, it is important to read the specific rules for each event.

6.3 Game Results

The outcomes of all casino games and slots are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The server record is considered final for all game results. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a display or client-side error, it will be corrected according to the server record.

6.4 Bet Cancellation

A bet may be cancelled and the original stake refunded in the following situations:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If the result of an event cannot be determined due to technical reasons.
• If it is established that an obvious error was made in the odds displayed.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request closure of their account at any time. To do so, contact us via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.

7.2 Closure or Suspension by the Platform

oktk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Evidence of bonus or promotion abuse.
• Evidence of multiple accounts being operated by the same individual.
• Suspicious financial activity being detected.

If an account is permanently closed, funds associated with the breach may be forfeited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on oktk:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or any scripts.
• Attempting to collect bonuses by opening multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts.
• Hacking the platform's systems or carrying out any form of cyber attack.
• Using fraudulent payments or initiating chargebacks.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Any betting activity related to match fixing or manipulation of sporting events.
• Abusive or harassing behaviour towards other members.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant legal authorities may be notified if necessary.

9 Responsible Gaming

oktk believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems. We ask all members to play consciously and within their means.

11.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a game or bet, that round or bet may be voided. Claims for winnings based on incorrectly displayed odds or jackpot amounts will not be accepted. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

11.3 Connectivity Issues

oktk will not be held responsible for any loss caused by an internet connection failure. After the connection is restored, the result will be determined according to the server record.

12 Changes to Terms and Contact

12.1 Changes to Terms

oktk reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes and may also be sent to the member's registered email. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
